Yoga Instructor

I have been a coach for more than twenty years, with a teaching background in various sports, including fitness, spinning, and barre au sol. Additionally, I am a passionate and experienced yoga instructor with over ten years of experience teaching yoga in the East. My classes are designed to help students of all levels deepen their practice and connect with their inner selves.

I believe that yoga is not just a physical practice but a way of life. I encourage my students to cultivate mindfulness, compassion, and self-awareness both on and off the mat. My yoga classes blend Eastern (traditional) and Western (modern) yoga, known for their creative sequencing, attention to alignment, and emphasis on breath awareness.
